Registration fee

The registration fee includes access to the conference sessions, conference bag, reception cocktail, coffee and refreshments during coffee breaks.

*Students who submit their paper to the Student Conference Transfer's subconference are not required to pay the registration fee. Students (BA, MA, and PhD level) from the Department of Psychology, University of Novi Sad can attend the conference without paying registration fee.

One author can submit a maximum of 3 papers, one of which can be the first author. The accepted papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts and conference program only if the registration fee payment for the first or presenting author is received by September 15, 2026. Students' papers will also be published in the Book of Abstracts.

Only participants with paid registration fee and proper identification will be allowed to attend the conference. Registration fee is required in order to issue the conference attendance certificate.

CONFERENCE FEE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

If you would like to pay the conference fee through the bank transfer, you can download the payment instructions here.

If you need an invoice, please send an e-mail to marko.kacavenda@ff.uns.ac.rs. In an e-mail you should write the name, address, and bank account number (SWIFT and IBAN) of the institution which is making the payment. The subject of an e-mail should be "invoice for the conference STuP 2026".

The proof of payment (scan, photograph or copy of receipt/payslip) should be sent at stup.reg@ff.uns.ac.rs. Students should send the proof of student status (e.g. student ID) along with the proof of payment, to prove their eligibility for the reduced fee. In the subject of an e-mail, please, write the name of a person for whom the conference fee is payed.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation by August 31, 2026 registration fee (reduced for the transaction costs) will be fully refunded
Cancellation by September 15, 2026 70% of registration fee (reduced for the transaction costs) will be refunded
Cancellation by October 9, 2026 50% of registration fee (reduced for the transaction costs) will be refunded
Cancellation after October 9, 2026 refund of the registration fee not possible

Presentation at the conference

Having in mind the international nature of the conference, in order to enable foreign authors to follow as many programs as possible, it is recommended that presentations and posters are prepared in English.

Conference rooms are equipped with a computer and LCD projector. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive. Oral presenters will have 10 minutes to present and 5 minutes for discussion.

Poster presentations will be held over two days. Posters should be available at least half an hour before the beginning of the poster sessions in which the author presents. Poster dimensions should be B1 (1000mm x 700mm) with a vertical orientation (portrait).
